About AcumenPath Scientific
AcumenPath Scientific, LLC was founded by Lisa Huff, an analytical scientist with 30 years of pharmaceutical industry experience spanning both a small, clinical-stage pharmaceutical company and CDMOs.
On the sponsor side, she supported analytical development for small-molecule ophthalmic products from preclinical through late-stage clinical development, which later resulted in FDA-approved products. Most recently, she served as a Principal Scientist at a CDMO, supporting analytical programs for pharmaceutical clients.
Her experience also includes interviewing candidates and evaluating technical qualifications, providing insight into the skills and experience organizations seek when building scientific teams.
Having worked on both sides of the sponsor–CDMO relationship, Lisa brings firsthand perspective on the technical demands of pharmaceutical development, the priorities of growing companies, and the collaboration required between sponsors and external partners.
